THIS DPS AGENT WAS BAFFLED WHEN HE SAW MY STATUS!

this was my first encounter with police after doing the first do not detain list process. I was on a suspended license and thats punishable up to 6 months of county jail time here in arizona.

When this officer originally pulled me over he was very aggressive and wanted my State issued drivers license, problem was it was suspended so I rescinded the license. that means the license was no longer actually valid.

he searched and searched and started digging in his back seat. it made me nervous so at the last minute it dawned on me i should me recording for safety purposes. to my surprise he walked up to the car with a completely different attitude.

he was calm and spoke to me very kindly and gave me my passport back and told me "I STRUCK THE LOTTO". HE THEN WENT TO SAY HE FOUND MY DRIVER LICENSE AND "WE DON'T NEED TO GET INTO THAT". THATS A VERY UQNIUE CHOICE OF WORDS. THEN I BELIEVE HE LIES WHEN HE TELLS ME HE CAN'T GET HIS PRINTER TO WORK SO HE'LL VOID THE TICKET AND i "get to win today". his selection of words stuck with me.

"i get to win".

so this really is a game to them. its cat and mouse to them but you're not a cat or a mouse, we're the beneficiaries of this land. that is, as long as you can show them you know that. if you can't, you need to buy my lecture on the do not detain list process. i break the entire concept down and i also give all kinds of free game throughout the lecture.

My Second Encounter With Police

AS YOU CAN SEE, THIS OFFICER WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE AS WELL BUT HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS WALKING INTO. I TOLD HIM I'M ON A DO NOT DETAIN LIST AND HE COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. AT ONE POINT HE WAS LOOKING THROUGH THE PASSPORT TO SEE WHAT MADE IT DIFFERENT THAN EVERYBODY ELSES.

HE CALLED FOR BACK UP AND ANOTHER OFFICE AND HIS LIEUTENANT PULLED UP. I WALKED UP TO THEM AND SAID, "IT SAYS ON A DO NOT DETAIN LIST RIGHT?". HE REPLIED, "YEAH, BUT...."..... HE LITERALLY CONFIRMED I'M ON A DO NOT DETAIN LIST.

REMIND YOU I WAS DRIVING ON A RESCINDED SUSPENDED LICENSE, SO I WAS LITERALLY DRIVING WITH NO LICENSE AT ALL AND HE CLAIMED I WAS WEAVING THRU TRAFFIC AND FLYING THRU THE GORE POINT (VERY ILLEGAL). THEY STILL HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO LET ME GO.

EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE IN THE LAST VIDEO, I WAS JUST SO EXCITED BECAUSE AFTER BEING HARASSED BY POLICE SO MANY TIMES, THEN LEARNING THIS PROCESS AND BEING ABLE TO COMPLETELY SHUT THEM DOWN, I WAS OVERLY HYPE. AND I WANT THE SAME FOR YOU. PROTECT YOURSELVES AND YOUR FAMILY.
